Olympus BX43 - Check your fluorescence
Check your staining or transfection before starting up advanced systems on this manual upright widefield fluorescence microscope equipped with 10x, 20x and 40x objectives (Plan Fluorite, dry) and a very sensitive EM-CCD camera (Hamamatsu C9100).
The BX43 microscope can only be used to look at your sample and cannot be used to acquire images.
