qPCR
New qPCR at Department of Biomedicine
The Department has invested in a new LC480 II instrument. It is located in 1116-470A. In order to finance the instrument and to cover maintenance, it will be mandatory for users to pay an annual access fee of 5.000 kr.

Booking and registration
For access to the qPCR machine, one should be registered with an account. For registration, please fill out the registration form and send it back to us at imaging@biomed.au.dk.
Training
The group leader should be familiar with the machine and responsible for training users.
The groupleader can contact Tina Kjeldsen, Tina Fuglsang, or Bettina Hansen for an initial introduction.
Pricing
The price is 5000 DKK pr group pr year and will be invoiced in January every year.
